We remove around 99% of the caffeine using supercritical carbon dioxide over 5–7 hours. It’s a chemical-free, organic and sustainable method that strips out the caffeine while leaving the coffee’s natural character and aromas fully intact.

Expect a full body, medium-to-low acidity and lively, vibrant flavours. Enjoyed black it’s intense and slightly more traditional, with a gentle sweetness and just enough acidity; it also adapts beautifully to milk.
