Coffero

Coffero is a specialty coffee roastery based in Sofia, Bulgaria. They roast by hand in small batches, tailoring each roast to the character of the individual variety and region so the coffee reaches you fresh, and they work to build long-term relationships directly with farmers so they know where their coffee is grown and how it is processed. Coffero is also the official representative and service centre for Rocket Espresso and Stone Espresso machines, handmade in Milan, and you can visit them at Sofia Ring Mall, The Mall and Quartal.city.

Our recommendations for the perfect brew

Flush the machine

Run water through the machine, before inserting the capsule, to ensure that you get the best flavour and not taste your old coffee.

Shake the capsule

This break up clumps and levels the coffee grounds inside, ensuring an even extraction and a better-tasting cup of coffee.
